Rose painted Calathea
Calathea roseopicta, native to South America, almost doesn’t look real—it looks as if the leaves have been painted on. There’s a distinctive brushstroke pattern that compliments the deep purple undersides. We love the way the new levels come in rolled up then slowly unravel.
These plants can cope with lower light conditions, but don’t like to be near a draft. These ones are 50cm tall.
